Jo Ann (Siegel) Ellenberger & Family

JoAnn Ellenberger and her sons Kenny, Ethan, and Nathan all attended the Yeshiva Academy. JoAnn went on to follow her career choice in social work, focusing on the elderly population. She worked at the Jewish Home for 18 years and then started her own counseling and care management agency with the elderly and mentally challenged populations.

Kenny and Ethan made their way out to Los Angeles California, following their dreams to work in the entertainment field. They started out as “extras” on different television shows and then made the leap to production. Kenny has been the production coordinator for the television show “Duck Dynasty”, then moved on to the reality show “Married by Mom and Dad”, and is now starting to work on “Milliondollar Matchmaker.” Ethan has been a Production Manager for companies such as Microsoft, Macy’s, E-Sports and Blizzard Games. Both have worked the Red Carpet for the Golden Globes and the MTV Awards and other festivities surrounding the Oscars. Nathan, on the other hand, went on to graduate from Northeastern University with a degree in Architecture. He worked with a few architectural firms in Philadelphia and near the Ocean City. Maryland, area before going full time with Rafael Vinoly in Manhattan, where he is working on the tallest residential apartment building on 5th Avenue.

JoAnn’s father, Leon Siegel, was active in the Yeshiva Academy and served as President. Her brother Richard Siegel also attended the Yeshiva Academy. JoAnn’s father left his mark on his children and grandchildren as he had a special affection for the school.
